Manager - After-Sales Service (Diesel Generator Division)

The chosen candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the repair, evaluation, installation, and maintenance of the main engine(s), auxiliary diesel generator(s) and their related components at customer job sites and at Company workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Define, plan and propose for approval of all activities related to the Generator After- Sales business unit and ensure the completion of such tasks.

  • Ensure the various areas of support to the After-Sales division at the operational level in order to achieve the defined and approved business plan for the unit.

  • Implementation of After-Sales business strategies to be in line with the company goals and strategic guidelines defined for Nativeway.

  • Ensure the assessment of the After-Sales business needs and present projects and solutions, guaranteeing their fulfilment.

  • Identify prospective customers to initiate a service-oriented approach to customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

  • Plan and define the guidelines for drafting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), as well as control the service billing processes of the workshop, in order to ensure compliance with established procedures.

  • Develop, evaluate and coordinate your team, according to the Human Resources management policies of Nativeway, as well as ensuring the implementation of these processes throughout the After Sales structure.

Requirements
  • Minimum professional experience of 3-5 years on the job

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / NDT or Advance Diploma

  • Commercial and Sales Management experience

  • Knowledge and experience with maintenance and electrical installations of generator sets

  • Good knowledge of informatics tools (Microsoft Office and/or CAD), preferably

  • English proficiency

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Customer and results oriented professional.
