First established in 1942 as W.Punchibanda & Sons (Pvt) Ltd, the company was rebranded to NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd. while consolidating the Company’s dominant leadership position in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering.

More recently, the Company was also able to successfully establish a regional presence through the commencement of its operations in Maldives and the opening of a country office in Bangladesh, by incorporating NativeWay (Bangladesh) Limited in 2018.
