What makes this vertical different

Diversity factor in load calculation — Hotels run at 60-75% of design load most of the year. Sizing for 100% peak wastes capex; sizing for average leaves you short during banquets and high-occupancy weekends. We size for the right percentile and document the assumptions.
Acoustic isolation in MEP design — Every plant room is potentially audible from the suite next door. Pump skids, AHU vibration, generator startup — all need acoustic treatment that's specified at design, not retrofitted at handover.
Hot water reliability through peak demand — When 70% of rooms shower at the same time, your hot water plant gets tested. We design to BS 6700 with redundancy and recirculation — and pre-test with simulated profiles before commissioning.
Standby power for guest-facing systems — Lobby lights, elevators, key card systems, room locks — all need to ride through utility outages without guest awareness. UPS for life safety, generator for everything else, ATS sequencing tested under load.
Fire safety integrated with hospitality operations — False alarms during peak service damage your reputation. Real fires kill guests. The system has to distinguish — that's training, not just hardware. Detection-zone strategy matters.

How we approach it

Pre-design audit — Before scope-writing, we walk the site and study the architectural drawings. Most hotel MEP problems start with a brief that doesn't match the building. We help you write the brief.
Single-contract delivery — Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, BMS — one contractor, one schedule, one accountability. No finger-pointing between trades when there's a problem.
Vendor selection on lifecycle, not capex — We shortlist Hitachi, Daikin, Cummins, Teksan, Force MTU based on what's actually best for your specific brief — not what we have inventory of.
Commissioning with simulated occupancy — Before handover, we run the building at 80% simulated load for 72 hours. Pumps, chillers, gensets, BMS — all stress-tested before guests arrive.
Post-handover service contract — We don't disappear after the ribbon-cutting. AMC contracts give you scheduled maintenance, 24/7 emergency callout, and our engineers who already know your building.
