Production-aligned scheduling — MEP shutdowns coordinated to production schedule, not contractor convenience. Phased commissioning that lets the line keep running while new sections come online.
Process cooling vs comfort cooling — RMG sewing floors need humidity control more than temperature control. Pharma needs precise both. Cold storage needs neither for the staff but both for the product. We design for the process, not a generic comfort standard.
Heavy electrical loads — Large motors, welding bays, induction furnaces, compressed air plants — these create harmonic distortion, voltage sag, and need careful coordination of protection. We design power quality from day one.
Fire safety for industrial fuels — Cotton dust in textile factories, oil quench in metalworking, solvent in printing — each needs vertical-specific suppression strategy, not just generic NFPA 13.
Energy cost optimisation — Factories spend 5-15% of revenue on electricity. Power-factor correction, peak shaving via generators, free cooling, heat recovery — every percentage point matters at this scale.

How we approach it

Energy audit before scope-writing — We audit your existing or planned consumption profile. The MEP design optimises for the load curve we identify, not for the nameplate values on the brief.
Phased delivery for active factories — If you're expanding an existing factory, we plan around your production. Each phase commissioned and stable before the next phase begins.
Generator sizing for prime, not standby — Many Sri Lankan and Bangladeshi factories run on grid + generator hybrid. We size for prime-power capability with realistic fuel-cost projections, not just emergency standby.
Maintenance contracts that stabilise OPEX — Annual maintenance contracts that bundle generators, HVAC, fire pumps, compressors — single point of accountability, predictable cost, prioritised response on critical equipment.
Compliance and documentation — Factory MEP gets audited — by buyers (RMG), by insurers, by safety regulators. We document everything to inspector-ready standard, so audits don't become consulting projects.
